Myrie-Williams back on track

Myrie-Williams back on track

Jennison Myrie-Williams has been putting in the hours in a determined bid to get his career firmly back on track at Tannadice.

The 22-year-old struggled to make a real impact after arriving from Bristol City last term but has since returned for pre-season with the Arabs in his best-ever shape.

"I worked on my fitness all through the summer. I didn't stop," he told the Scottish Sun. "I was running everywhere I went - London, then Bristol and when I went to the Dominican Republic for two weeks.

"I was in the gym every other day, then almost every day when it got closer to pre-season," he continued. "It's the first time I've done it and it seems to have helped me a lot. It's the way forward for me.

"It's certainly the fittest I've been. I thought I was fit last year, but I'm at a lot higher level now."
