Damian Casalinuovo netted a late equaliser for Dundee United as they were held at Glentoran in their latest pre-season friendly.
The visitors actually went close early on with David Goodwillie lobbing narrowly wide before trialist Irmantas Zelmikas had a header turned against the crossbar by home keeper Elliot Morris following a Craig Conway corner.
But after the interval was reached deadlocked both sides began to take the opportunity of making substitutions, and it was Glentoran's Daryl Fordyce who turned a Colin Nixon header past Dusan Pernis to open the scoring just past the hour.
The Arabs immediately tried to respond and Goodwillie, Prince Buaben and Conway were each denied before Jennison Myrie-Williams blasted over from twenty years after an enterprising run.
And it was actually Myrie-Williams who created a last minute equaliser when winning a free-kick and then crossing for fellow substitute Casalinuovo to loop a timely header into the top corner.
