Houston to again consider options

 Houston to again consider options

Manager Peter Houston will again shuffle his pack for Dundee United in their latest pre-season friendly.

The Arabs are travelling to Station Park to take on Forfar Athletic tonight. And Houston will take the opportunity to once more fully examine his options.

"Barry Douglas will start, with Paul Dixon maybe getting a half," he told The Courier. "Keith Watson will play and I will also go with Jeno Myrie-Williams and Ryan Dow.

"Morgaro Gomis, Prince Buaben and Scott Robertson will get a bit of the game each, while I might start with Andis Shala and Damian Casalinuovo up front."

Meanwhile, Danny Cadamarteri, Jon Daly and Craig Conway, who all missed the weekend defeat at Hull City, may be ready for the final friendly against Wigan Athletic on Sunday. But Danny Swanson has had a protective boot put on his foot.

"The news on Danny isn't great because his Achilles has flared up again," Houston added. "Mind you, he is out suspended for the first two games of the season anyway. So he has the protective boot back on him and he will keep that on for a week."
