Arabs face final repeat

Dundee United have been handed a repeat of their Scottish Cup final triumph after the draw was made for the Co-operative Insurance Cup third round.

The Arabs will travel to Ross County next month, which will rekindle glorious memories of their Hampden victory last May.

There are also a couple of all SPL ties in prospect as Celtic host Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Hibernian must travel to Kilmarnock.

Elsewhere, holders Rangers entertain Dunfermline Athletic, Aberdeen welcome Raith Rovers, Hearts journey to Falkirk, Queen of the South visit St Johnstone and Brechin City play host to Motherwell.

Ties will be played on 21st or 22nd September.
