Take your time Danny

Take your time Danny

Peter Houston will give midfielder Danny Swanson time to make a full recovery after missing the weekend victory over Aberdeen.

That followed him having to be substituted early during the previous game against Hearts due to further problems with his hamstring, although it has since been discovered that a misalignment of his pelvis is the real issue.

"Danny has started running again-he has core work to do and also special exercises to help his injury," Houston told The Courier. "He needs his fitness built up again, but the main thing is that his scan was clear.

"I am not putting any timescale on him coming back, and he will be working with the physio," he added. "He missed a bit of pre-season with his achilles problem and now he has this so it is best to let him work with Jeff until he is fully fit again."
