Danny's fighting back

Danny's fighting back

Dundee United are hoping that a visit to the chiropractor this week will help midfielder Danny Swanson back into action.

The 23-year-old has missed most of the season due to hamstring trouble caused by an ongoing back problem.

"It is looking likely that Danny will be missing for another fortnight at least," coach Gary Kirk told The Courier. "He is going back to see his chiropractor on Monday and we should know more then."

"It is the same with Darren Dods and his knee injury. We hope his knee will have settled down by the start of next week and we will assess him again then," added Kirk. "Garry Kenneth has picked up a wee hamstring strain but he should be back training next week along with Craig Conway and Barry Douglas."
