Craig raring to go

Winger Craig Conway is back in action this weekend and ready to take on leaders Celtic at Tannadice.

The 25-year-old has been absent from United's colours since hurting his knee in the victory against Aberdeen five weeks ago. But now refreshed and fully recovered he is ready to meet the challenge of Celtic on Sunday afternoon.

"I am feeling good and raring to go," Conway told the Dundee Courier. "I am quite naturally fit anyway and, on top of that, I have been doing enough running just to keep myself ticking over.

"I am never the best of spectators to be honest but it has been OK to watch because boys have been digging in to get results," he added. "I know the manager has been speaking publicly about the need to get our so-called flair players back.

"That is nice to hear him call me that and hopefully I can bring something different to the team this weekend."
