Goodwillie handed full call-up

Free-scoring Dundee United striker David Goodwillie has been called into the senior Scotland squad.

The 21-year-old has been in terrific goalscoring form of late with eight goals in his last eleven games, and is joined by Aston Villa's Barry Bannan and Liverpool's Danny Wilson for next Tuesday's friendly against the Faroe Islands in Aberdeen.

Meanwhile, goalkeepers Cammy Bell of Kilmarnock and Blackpool's Matt Gilks are the other uncapped players in the 20-man squad.

Scotland Squad:

Goalkeepers: Bell (Kilmarnock), Gilks (Blackpool), Gordon (Sunderland)

Defenders: Bardsley (Sunderland), Berra (Wolves), Caldwell (Wigan), Hutton (Tottenham), Whittaker (Rangers), Wilson (Liverpool)
