We deserved it - Houston

Dundee United manager Peter Houston says their late point gained at Celtic was well-deserved.

Defender Sean Dillon headed in Barry Douglas' injury-time free-kick to cancel out Gary Hooper's first-half opener for the home side.

"Five weeks ago we lost a last-minute goal and I know how dejected I felt. I was elated today," Houston told BBC Scotland. "Celtic played very well that day and probably deserved to beat us. Today I felt the least we deserved was a draw.

"In the second half Dusan Pernis didn't have much to do at all and if anything we were the team probing to get a goal," he added. "I'm delighted to take something because a lot of people would have been expecting in our double header against Celtic and Rangers for us to take nothing."
