Striker leaves Tannadice

Striker leaves Tannadice

Striker Danny Cadamarteri has been released by Dundee United after eighteen months with the club.

The 31-year-old departs by mutual consent after being restricted to just two starts and a dozen substitute appearances this season.

He originally netted four times in his first seven games at Tannadice but has since failed to add to that tally.

A former England Under-21 international who began his career with Everton, Cadamarteri also had spells at Bradford City, Leeds United, Sheffield United, non-league Grays Athletic and Leicester City.
