We've only ourselves to blame - Dillon

Dundee United defender Sean Dillon says that his side only have themselves to blame for their 3-1 home defeat against Celtic at the weekend.

The hosts gave themselves too much to do after going in at the break two-goals behind. And while Dillon believes that the already cautioned former United defender Mark Wilson should have seen red for a reckless challenge on Craig Conway after it, he conceded his team were second best on the day.

"We were beaten by the better side. We didn't do enough in the first half and by the time we got going in the second it was too late," he told the Daily Record. "The bottom line is you can't give yourself a mountain to climb against a team like Celtic. That was the most frustrating thing. We lost two bad goals before the break.

"However, Anthony Stokes and Hooper's movement is first class and that makes it difficult for defenders to keep tabs on them."
