Houston delighted at treble success
Peter Houston was naturally pleased as his side recorded a third straight SPL victory on Thursday evening.
The Terrors warmed up for their Scottish Cup quarter-final clash against Motherwell this weekend by defeating bottom club Hamilton Academical 2-1 at Tannadice.
That added to their recent wins against Aberdeen and Inverness Caledonian Thistle, although they required an injury-time strike from substitute Jon Daly to do it.
"It's a great week's work, going to Inverness, then Aberdeen, a form team, and Hamilton," Houston told BBC Scotland.
Craig Conway and Danny Swanson had both been on target in the 3-1 success over Aberdeen at the beginning of the week but were missing this time around.
"We left one or two out tonight," he continued. "Conway had a wee niggle, Swanson was left on the bench - big players for us the other night there.
"I'm the first to hold my hands up and say that we were nowhere near the standards that we have reached in the last couple of games, but the legs are maybe starting to go a wee bit, tiredness is coming in.
"But we'll get a couple of days' recovery and we'll look forward to the Cup tie."
