Terrors could earn windfall

Terrors could earn windfall

Dundee United would benefit by as much as £250,000 should Reading make a return to the Premier League.

That is due to a special clause included in a deal that saw their former striker Noel Hunt earn a £600,000 move to the Madejski Stadium three years ago.

Hunt, 27, enjoyed a couple of years at Tannadice after moving there from Dunfermline Athletic and has netted ten times for Reading this season.

The Royals are set to take on either Cardiff City or Swansea City in their play-off semi-final next month.
