Defender should be fit
Dundee United are without any further injury problems for the visit of Celtic to Tannadice on Sunday afternoon.
Defender Garry Kenneth should be available to play despite a slight knee issue but Danny Swanson (knee) and Scott Severin (broken leg) stay on the sidelines.
"I've always said at Tannadice on our day we can beat anybody, but we know we're up against a team desperate to claw back Rangers' lead," admitted manager Peter Houston to BBC Scotland. "It will be a very difficult game, but we're looking forward to it.
"One thing about Celtic is they'll come to Tannadice and they'll attack - and they're good at attacking," he added. "They're at their best. What we'll need to do is make sure we're organised off the ball but also we need to express ourselves."
Celtic are already missing Welsh international Joe Ledley, who is awaiting the results of an ankle scan, while Victor Wanyama should recover from a dead leg.
Also in contention for a start is Badr El-Kaddouri after being ineligible to face Atletico Madrid in the Europa League in midweek.
