Allan completes Baggies move

Dundee United midfielder Scott Allan has completed his move to West Bromwich Albion for an undisclosed fee.

The 20-year-old successfully underwent a medical on Monday and joins the Baggies after previously turning down a new contract at Tannadice. His current deal was due to expire in the summer.

"I'd like to wish Scott all the best for his future career, it is a fantastic opportunity for him to go down to the English Premier League," manager Peter Houston told United's official website.

"The completion of the deal at this time was beneficial for both the player and the Club," he added.
