Derby reverts attention back to league

Following their cup heroics Dundee United must concentrate on league action with a weekend local derby against St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park.

Recent signing Milos Lacny is likely to once again be on the bench after coming on late in the 2-0 Scottish Cup triumph at Rangers. Midfielder Danny Swanson is back in training but not yet ready for consideration.

"It is a derby match so there is always going to be a bit of spice in the game regardless," manager Peter Houston told BBC Scotland. "It is a great game, it's a Tayside derby and we will need to be up for it. I'm sure we will take a good support with us like we always do."

Saints midfielder Murray Davidson is doubtful with the ankle injury that forced him out of last week's game against Hearts.
