Defender could have played last game

Defender could have played last game

Garry Kenneth could have already played his final game for Dundee United after suffering a hamstring injury in training.

The 24-year-old centre-back is due to leave Tannadice at the end of the season and had hoped to make a final appearance before departing.

But he could now face up to four weeks on the sidelines after sustaining the injury while training earlier in the week.

Kenneth originally made his debut for the club as a seventeen-year-old and appeared in three cup finals for United - memorably helping them win the Scottish Cup against Ross County at Hampden Park a couple of years ago.
