Terrors interested in former Liverpool defender

Dundee United are interested in bringing former Liverpool defender Robbie Threlfall to Tannadice.

The 23-year-old left-back has joined the squad for training and is set to feature in a specially arranged bounce game.

Liverpool-born Threlfall is currently without a club after being released by Bradford City and has also had loan spells at Hereford United, Stockport County and Northampton Town.

Meanwhile, fellow defender Gavin Gunning is doubtful for the weekend clash with Hearts after hurting his shoulder during the win against St Johnstone.
