Decision was correct - Houston
Dundee United boss Peter Houston believed the penalty awarded to his side during their 3-0 victory at neighbours Dundee was the correct decision.
The visitors were already leading through Keith Watson's first-half header when referee Willie Collum penalised Gary Irvine's challenge on Stuart Armstrong. Jon Daly immediately netted from the spot and Willo Flood later added a third.
"I don't think it was controversial," Houston told BBC Scotland. "Irvine wiped him out and, when you wipe people out in the penalty box, it's going to be a penalty."
Dundee had earlier felt they should have been awarded a spot-kick when the ball appeared to strike United defender Brian McLean's arm.
"It was difficult to see with the sunlight today," Houston added. "The ball came into the box, it might've hit Brian on the arm, but I don't know."
