Midfield winner delights boss

Dundee United boss Peter Houston believes he may have the best ball-winner in Scotland within his ranks at Tannadice.

Houston continues to be delighted with the displays of midfielder Willo Flood, who is currently in his second spell with the club after previously spending time at both Celtic and Middlesbrough.

"I think Willo's form is as good now as at any time since he came back to the club," Houston told the Dundee Courier. "He is dictating a lot of games for us.

"He is setting the tone of matches by being aggressive, going into tackles and winning them, and never giving up," he added. "When he is challenging and getting up close to opponents, there is no one better at it in Scottish football than Willo."
