Midfielder set for departure
Dundee United won't be extending midfielder Rudi Skacel's contract beyond the end of the current month.
The 33-year-old former Czech Republic international has scored once in sixteen games since arriving on a short-term deal at Tannadice in late October.
Prior to that he had been training with former employers Hearts, but was unable to rejoin them due to a signing embargo imposed at the time on the Edinburgh club.
Skacel actually spent two periods at Hearts during his career, scoring twice in last season's Scottish Cup final win, and has also represented Slavia Prague, Marseille and Southampton.
