Signing delights McNamara

Dundee United manager Jackie McNamara said he was delighted with the capture of Raith Rovers striker Brian Graham.

The 25-year-old scored 27 goals in 41 appearances last season and links up with fellow recent arrivals Paul Paton and Chris Erskine at Tannadice.

"I am delighted to have got this done quickly and secured Brian," McNamara told United's official website. "There were a few clubs interested in him and he has chosen us so that is very pleasing.

"He has scored a lot of goals last season and he is a good age and has experience," he added. "He also has great hunger to succeed and I know he will enhance the squad."
