Former striker set to move
Former Dundee United striker David Goodwillie appears set to join Blackpool on loan from English Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers until the end of the season.
The 24-year-old recently finished a loan spell at Tannadice after six goals in 22 appearances and was on the bench for Rovers' 4-1 weekend defeat at Nottingham Forest.
However, Barry Ferguson is looking to increase his options having being named as new player-manager at Blackpool following the sacking of Paul Ince.
Goodwillie previously made a £2m switch from United to Blackburn in August 2011, but has since been restricted to just ten starts in his 34 appearances and scored five goals.
