United linked with defender
Dundee United are targeting a summer move for Dunfermline Athletic centre-back Callum Morris.
But they are likely to face stiff competition from both Aberdeen and Partick Thistle for the 24-year-old defender.
Morris began his career at Newcastle United before moving to Blyth Spartans. He then joined Dunfermline in August 2012 but recently turned down a new deal.
The Tangerines have both Gavin Gunning - recently linked with a move to Rangers - and Sean Dillon out-of-contract at the end of the season.
