No hesitation over newcomers

No hesitation over newcomers

Dundee United newcomers Charlie Telfer and Blair Spittal will both be given their chance in the senior team this season.

The Tangerines are already well-noted for developing youngsters and manager Jackie McNamara won't hesitate to use his two latest teenage signings when the new league campaign begins on 9th August.

"If they can show me early on that they are good enough then they will get a chance," he told the Dundee Courier. "Blair has had a bit more game time than Charlie.

"Charlie, meanwhile, is a confident lad and he has stated that he has come here to play games," McNamara added. "I think he has fantastic
attributes."
