No more sales

Dundee United chairman Stephen Thompson has promised supporters there won't be anymore sales this summer.

The recent departures of Ryan Gauld to Sporting Lisbon and Andrew Robertson to Hull City have already brought in over 5m to Tannadice.

But Thompson stressed there are to be no more players leaving and that his club are now without debt. It follows reports of more club scouts watching his side at the weekend.

"No one is for sale and that is the end if it. I'm not interested in selling anyone," he told BBC Scotland. "They could offer me 2m but I'm not interested so they are wasting their time."
