Striker tipped to beat total

Striker tipped to beat total

Dundee United striker Nadir Ciftci is being tipped to beat last season's goal-tally.

The Turkish forward really made an impact with seventeen goals for the Tannadice club.

However, he only managed his first this time around against Ross County in the narrow 2-1 victory last weekend.

"Nads will hopefully be looking to better last season's goal tally," coach Darren Jackson told the Dundee Courier. "He could have gotten in the 20s and that's what we are looking for from a player like him.

"He could be scoring that amount of goals, given the ability he has."
