Craig Levein has transformed Dundee United's fortunes since joining just 2 months ago, but even the players don't understand why things have changed so dramatically at the club.
Midfielder Craig Conway has been one of the best players in Craig Levein's revamped team and his crossing has lead to several important goals in previous matches.
Conway set-up Dundee United's first 2 goals against Motherwell at the weekend, crossing for Collin Samuels left-foot volley and taking the corner that lead to David McCracken putting United 2-0 infront.
However, despite his impressive form under Levein, Conway still doesn't have a bad word for the former manager.
"I'm not going to sit here and say anything bad about Craig Brewster because it was he who gave me my chance in the Premier League," said Conway.
"I can't really put my finger on it other than to say we are working hard in games and it is paying off."
"As the gaffer said, we seem to be winning when not playing that well and some our best football has come in games we have lost. That's a bit strange but I would be delighted if things continue like this."
"We have now gone up another place in the league and that`s great. We are looking up the table instead of panicking about being at the bottom, but there is still a long way to go."
"We need to keep going for many reasons, one being that I believe Dunfermline will pick up and go on a run."
