Aberdeen Fan Lands United In Touble

An Aberdeen supporter at last weekends SPL match at Tannadice, has landed both Dundee United & Aberdeen in hot water with the SFA.

Both clubs have been asked to comment on a 'coin throwing' incident, when an Aberdeen supporter sitting in the Fair Play stand threw money on the pitch.

Referee John Underhill passed the coin onto Tayside police during the 2nd half of the match, which ended 3-1 in Dundee United's favour.

The SFA confirmed that Underhill had mentioned the incident in his official match report and it will be discussed at the next disciplinary committee meeting in a few weeks.
