Tangerines suffer injury blow

Tangerines suffer injury blow

Dundee United midfielder Scott Fraser appears set to miss the remainder of the season.

The 21-year-old suffered a broken right foot following a challenge with St Mirren's Gary Irvine during the disappointing midweek 3-2 defeat.

Fraser was subsequently carried off and his campaign would now appear to be over.

Meanwhile, skipper Sean Dillon also damaged ankle ligaments in the same game.

Although he could yet return before the end of the season, Dillon definitely misses his own testimonial at Tannadice next Tuesday evening.
