Home draw for holders

Holders Dundee United have received another home draw in the second round of the Irn Bru Cup.

The Tangerines are to meet Alloa Athletic at Tannadice on the weekend of 2nd-3rd September after progressing past Cowdenbeath.

Other ties include Dunfermline Athletic travelling to Buckie Thistle, Montrose visiting Ayr United, with Raith Rovers entertaining Ross County Colts.

Elsewhere, Falkirk go to Sligo Rovers, Bray Wanderers journey to Elgin City, Livingston travel to New Saints and Dumbarton welcome Connah's Quay.

Linfield will visit either Albion Rovers or Spartans, while Inverness Caledonian Thistle make the trip to Aberdeen Colts.
