Defender undergoes course
Dundee United's Lewis Toshney has undergone a course of injections to help correct ongoing knee trouble.
Manager Ray McKinnon admitted that his fitness levels have been affected by the problem constantly resurfacing during games.
"Toshney has been struggling with it," he told the Dundee Evening Telegraph. "Every time he played his knee was swelling up, so over the last two weeks he's had a series of injections.
"Hopefully it will do the trick because his season has been stop-start but I thought he did well against Alloa on Saturday," McKinnon continued. "We used him at centre-half and he'll tell you that's what his position is. But we do see him as a Jack of all trades and it's good to have him available."
