Dundee United v Dumbarton

Dundee United are hosting Dumbarton in their latest Championship fixture at Tannadice this weekend.

The Tangerines are targeting a third league win at home this season having already accounted for both Queen of the South and Brechin City.

Dutch duo Patrick N'Koyi and Jordie Briels are both in serious contention for selection having lately recovered from recent knocks.

"Patrick is definitely close," manager Ray McKinnon told the Dundee Evening Telegraph. "I think he might give us a wee surprise and he might play Saturday in a two up front.

"We've had a few with injuries and Jordie was one of them," he continued. "He covers a lot of ground in the middle of the park and is a player who is going to get a lot of game time for us over the course of the season."
