Boss expects busy time

Dundee United manager Csaba Laszlo is expecting a busy January in the transfer market.

The Tangerines' supremo ideally wants to strengthen in four positions next month, with a more physical striker currently topping his requirement list when considering those already at the club.

"We have at the moment four positions in my mind - not because we set up badly but because of competition and injury problems," Laszlo told the Dundee Evening Telegraph. "Everybody is looking for a striker because a striker can score goals but only if the team work for him and deliver the balls needed.

"We have James Keatings, Scott McDonald and Patrick N'Koyi," he continued. "Patrick is the only one who is a bit more physical, so for this reason I am not looking for a small striker because we have enough. We are looking for somebody different because tactically it is important to have this."
