Boss draws some consolation
Dundee United manager Csaba Laszlo accepted it was probably a fair result despite being disappointed with the scoreless draw at Dunfermline Athletic.
The visitors therefore slip further behind Championship leaders St Mirren, who were simultaneously winning 2-0 at Dumbarton.
Their advantage is now increased to eight points while having played a single game more.
"I am not happy, because we do not win," Laszlo told BBC Sport. "We had a couple of chances and didn't score, but the fighting spirit was generally okay.
"Dunfermline is a tough game always, they are in third position and, if they won, they would have closed the gap a little bit with us," he added. "But generally I think a draw was the correct result, so I have to recognise that. I will be pleased to get some injured players back, because at the moment we are struggling."
