Dundee United v Greenock Morton

Dundee United v Greenock Morton

Dundee United welcome Greenock Morton to Tannadice on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3.00pm).

On loan striker Thomas Mikkelsen is a doubt with a knee injury sustained during the Scottish Cup victory at Alloa Athletic. He recently returned for a second spell with the club from Ross County.

Otherwise, Paul McMullan is suspended, although Stewart Murdoch could return after a couple of weeks back training.

But Dutch midfieldler Jordie Briels has suffered a slight setback while recovering from a hip injury.

The Tangerines are now eleven points behind leaders St Mirren after their 2-1 victory at Dunfermline Athletic on Friday evening.

They do, though, have a couple of games in hand in which to reduce the deficit.
