United selection crisis easing
Dundee United manager Csaba Laszlo is relieved to finally see his injury problems beginning to ease.
Both midfielder Jordie Briels and centre-back William Edjenguele have returned to training having been long-term absentees.
Defender Tam Scobbie could similarly be back in contention next week while stopper Paul Quinn has recovered from a thigh injury.
Chief playmaker Scott Fraser is also reckoned to be around only a fortnight away, although striker James Keatings will now miss the rest of the season following a hip operation.
"We don't have the same amount of injuries that we have had so that`s encouraging," Laszlo confirmed to the Dundee Courier. "It has been a long, hard fight to get all the players back but it is looking better for us now.
"We have 14 games to go and I hope to have as many options as possible for the run-in."
The Tangerines aren't in action this weekend, next travelling to second-placed Livingston on Friday evening.
