Midfielder remains positive

Midfielder Sam Stanton admits the players have let down manager Csaba Laszlo over recent weeks.

The Tangerines have continued to slip off the pace and currently find themselves down in fourth place in the table and a massive seventeen points behind the leaders, although still with games in hand.

"We are all still very much behind the manager," Stanton told The Courier. "He did really well when he first came in but we have let him and ourselves down with results of late.

"It all just comes down to winning games now but we are all still confident we can do that," he added. "I still firmly believe we will make the top four. There are still 13 games to go and we are not giving up on anything yet."
