Dodds Given Farewell Match

Craig Brewster will hand Billy Dodds an emotional farewell against on Sunday, when Dundee United take on Falkirk at Tannadice.

Brewster has revealed he will not be in the dugout against the Bairns as a sign of respect to departing caretaker boss Dodds.

'I won't start until Monday,' Brewster said 'I feel it's right Billy takes the team on Sunday.

I won't be there, my staff will be in the stand.

'The players need to focus on their job, it's not about me.

That's why it is important I am not there - I have to show respect to Billy.

'He will want to go out with a bang and prove that he can be a manager, I wish him every piece of luck going.

'I feel for Doddsy in this but he is a pro who knows how it works in what can be a cruel game.'
