Prince Excited By Barcelona Game

Prince Excited By Barcelona Game

Dundee United`s latest signing, Prince Bauben, admits he`s excited by the prospect of playing against European giants Barcelona on Thursday.

The 19-year-old was formerly on the books of the Ajax youth team, but was foiled in his attempts to step-up into the 1st team squad because he couldn`t secure a valid visa.

Now, he`s a Dundee United player, playing friendlies against the lives of Airdrie, Raith Rovers and the occasional Catalan club that rolls into town.

'Playing against Barcelona would be a dream come true," admitted Bauben to the Herald this week.

"For the last two weeks I have sat in my house thinking that it could be possible if I won a contract and now the manager has kept me at the club, I would love to play on Thursday."

"Thankfully I did enough over the two weeks to get a contract and now I just can't wait to get started."
