Another Hot-Head Joins The Tannadice Ranks?

Dundee United new boy Danny Swanson has a bad disciplinary record this season, so he`ll go on well with his new SPL teammates.

Most of the Dundee United squad have already been sent off this season, with at least 8 red cards dished out to 1st team players.

"I've already served a three-match suspension this season and I'm worried a harsh yellow card I got in my final game for Berwick at the weekend, which will have me close to another ban," admitted Swanson.

"I realise that I've got to get a grip on myself and stop picking up stupid bookings. Assistant boss Peter Houston has already had a word with me about that but I know myself that discipline is something I need to watch."

Although, the 21-year-old midfielder is glad to finally be a Dundee United player after he agreed to join Craig Levien`s side earlier in the campaign.

"It has been a long wait to become a Dundee United player, because I actually signed in October."

"But I've trained hard and now that it's here, I can't wait to get started."

"I watched Morgaro against Inverness the other week and he was brilliant. I was left wondering how was he playing for Cowdenbeath? He should have been playing in the SPL years ago."

"He has shown it can be done. If I get a game against Hearts it would be a dream come true."
