Dundee United vs. Hamilton

Tannadice

Thu 10th Mar

7.45pm

Dundee United v Hamilton

Dundee United are in action again as Hamilton Academical visit Tannadice on Thursday evening. The Tangerines will be looking to build upon their impressive 3-1 victory against Aberdeen earlier in the week ahead of their forthcoming Scottish Cup clash with Motherwell on Sunday.

Vital Quotes:

"It's an important game for us because, although we've put six points between ourselves and Aberdeen, I still see them as a threat so we need to get as many on the board as possible," Dundee United manager Peter Houston told BBC Scotland. "We have three games in hand but they're all hard games so we can take nothing for granted. I have a lot of respect for Hamilton. They have made it difficult for us in the past, most recently just 12 days ago. If we create the amount of chances we did at New Douglas Park then I'll be happy."

Dundee United Team News:

Craig Conway is an absentee for the hosts after being substituted against Aberdeen. He will probably be replaced by David Robertson, while defender Paul Dixon returns from a virus. Peter Houston will decide on his line-up whilst keeping a careful eye on the weekend Scottish Cup quarter-final against Motherwell.
