Defender Sean Dillon headed an equaliser deep into injury-time to rescue a superb point for Dundee United in a 1-1 draw at Celtic Park.
Barry Douglas curled in an inviting free-kick that Dillon got his head onto at the near post to claim late reward after his side had trailed to Gary Hooper's strike midway through the first-half.
Daryl Murphy headed against an upright early on for the home side, who could have actually fallen behind when David Goodwillie collected Johnny Russell's through pass and raced away before sliding his finish agonisingly beyond the post.
And that miss looked even more important when Hooper fired high into the net to open the scoring after Shaun Maloney had cut the ball back from the left. The visitors would then have fallen further behind but for a great save from Dusan Pernis to deny Hooper.
Slovakian international Pernis also kept out Niall McGinn after Joe Ledley had already driven over the target before turning aside from Hooper on the hour, while Prince Buaben was later on hand to clear off the line from the same player.
The valiant Tangerines were still holding firm and had strong penalty claims waved aside when Goodwillie went down inside the area under challenge from Celtic's big Swedish defender Daniel Majstorovic.
And they were rewarded for their determination when after Jon Daly and Danny Swanson were both introduced from the bench, it was defender Dillon looping a late header over the keeper to the delight of their travelling fans.
