Dundee United 1 Crusaders 2
Sat 11th Nov 1.00pm
Holders Dundee United are out of the Irn-Bru Cup having suffered a late 2-1 defeat to Northern Irish side Crusaders in new manager Csaba Laszlo's first game in charge.
Substitute Gavin Whyte scored an injury-time winner for the visitors after skipper Fraser Fyvie's opener had been cancelled out by Dave Cushley.
James Keatings earlier proved wide from distance for their opponents and William Edjenguele also headed at goalkeeper Brian Jensen.
Meanwhile, Jordan Forsythe and Cushley both forced action for Deniz Mehmet, until home substitute Billy King crossed early in the second-half for Fyvie to drill into the top corner.
But Cushley remained unchallenged when heading an equaliser from Jamie Glackin's 67th minute corner, although King then struck an upright before going close again along with both Keatings and Edjenguele.
However, Crusaders substitute Whyte then took advantage of uncertainty at the back after a lengthy clearance to grab a late winner.
