Having approached the game in the normal negative way probably justified the end result for the Arabs. I always shake my head at teams like this. If they think they are going to get thumped at least go down fighting and have a go!! United are one of the best and mist disciplined teams in the league. They should play to win more rather than not to lose as many.

WeeTim67.... which game were you watching? Willo Flood could have scored in injury time, in one of the several good chances United created throughout the 90minutes. Dundee United gave as good as they got.... only injuries towards the end of the match gave Celtic the chance to start taking control. It was only when Samaras came on that Celtic looking like they were in control of the match.

Dundee United are on the verge of relegation following their 3-1 home defeat to Hamilton Academical.

Grant Gillespie gave the visitors an early lead and Carlton Morris struck twice more after the break.

Substitute Simon Murray scored a late consolation but United could actually be relegated by city rivals Dundee next week.
